Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Director of 340B Sales to join our Sales team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Director of 340B Sales will report to the Vice President of Sales and work remotely anywhere in the United States.
Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.
As a core member of the Sales team, the Director of 340B Sales is responsible for evaluating, building and implementing a 340B strategic plan for all markets nationwide. Maximizing revenue opportunities, the Director will strategically sell to targeted 340B accounts. Additionally, will help build sales and marketing tools to support the designed strategy and work in a “hands-on” manner to gain access to and close targeted 340B contracts. Through expertise, leadership and collaboration with Sr. Management, creates a transparent model targeting key 340B payers and new business lines supporting the financial objectives of the business. This leader maintains highly professional standards and accountability of staff to achieve/exceed departmental and individual objectives.
