The Correspondence Support Specialist is responsible for a broad range of duties which support the day to day operations of the RCM department. The employee will work closely with the Director, RCM Credit Balances and the RCM Management staff to identify and implement time and cost saving measures. The employee will observe company policies and all applicable laws and regulations as they relate to their job requirements. The employee must have the ability to prioritize and problem solve. Above all, qualified candidates should possess exceptional internal and external customer service skills and actively promote Amerita’s company culture.
