    Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The HR Generalist will report to the Director of Human Resources and work in our Centennial, CO office.


    Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.


    As a core member of the department team, you will be expected to provide a broad range of HR support to employees, field management and the corporate team to assist in aligning the HR strategic initiatives of the organization.     As a Human Resources Generalist, you will...

    • Administer human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assist in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepare and maintain the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.

    • Support benefits administration.

    • Support payroll administration.

    • Conduct exit interviews, analyze data and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.

    • Respond to employee relations issues.

    • Represent the company for any unemployment claims.

    • Manage leaves of absence, ADA and worker’s compensation claims.

    • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations.

    • Assist with acquisition integration.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field

    • Certificate in Human Resources (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) preferred

    • At least two (2) years of experience in a Generalist or Business Partner role

    • Working knowledge of Benefits and HR laws, practices, policies, and models

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organization level

    • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on service to support our branches

    • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and excellent working knowledge of HR systems

    • Experience with APD Workforce Now or equivalent HRIS platforms preferred ind123
