Overview

The Recruiter will assist in the attraction, recruitment and placement of employees for all areas of Amerita’s workforce. The recruiting team will support the company’s recruitment strategy by sourcing strong qualified candidates via recruiting websites, employee referrals, on and off site recruiting and other sources. Additionally, the recruiting team will provide support in other areas of Human Resources to support initiatives which align with our business objectives and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a full-service customer experience for applicants, candidates, employees and outside customers
  • Supportsthe high volume, full cycle recruitment for all new employees, including negotiation with and utilization of third party agencies when necessary.
  • Provides content candidate sourcing to build a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Ensure complete onboarding of all new employees.
  • Performs exit and retention interviews.
  • Manages company recruiting social media presents.
  • Determine and implement recruiting best practices.
  • Support field operations and management with Generalist duties as necessary..
  • Assist with acquisition integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 0-2 years of recruiting and HR generalist experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Healthcare recruiting experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of recruitment and federal/state compliance and employment laws
  • Ability to handle multiple prioritieswith appropriate level of urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor based on organization level
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service to support our branches
  • Experience with iCIMS Talent Acquisition Suite preferred
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and excellent working knowledge of HR systems
  • Certification in Human Resources (HRCI or SHRM) preferred
