Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Cash Management Support Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Cash Management Support Specialist will report to the Cash Applications Manager and work in our Centennial, CO office.


Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.


As a core member of the Revenue Cycle Management team, you will be responsible for a broad range of cash application processes related to medical accounts receivable in support multiple site locations. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression discussions.


As a Cash Management Support Specialist, you will...

  • Sort through remittance advices received from mail, fax or correspondence team.
  • Process credit card payments through Zirmed.
  • Prepare daily deposit batches from bank statements.
  • Download electronic remits from Zirmed into CPR+.
  • Retrieve remittance advices from payer portals.
  • Populate Daily Batch Coversheet.
  • Scan and OCR deposit batches.
  • Create file folders for deposits.
  • Assist with posting and cash research.
  • Identify and request missing remits from payers.
  • Communicate consistently and professionally with other Amerita employees.



  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; some college a plus
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in medical cash posting arena with a working knowledge of managed care, commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement; home infusion experience a plus
  • General accounting skills
  • Experience working to meet deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel skills
  • Ability to type 40 wpm and proficiency with 10-key calculator
  • Ability to independently obtain and interpret information
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed
