Overview

Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Credit Balance Financial Analyst to join our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Credit Balance Financial Analyst will report to the Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management and work in our Centennial, CO location.

 

Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.

 

As a core member of the RCM team, you will be expected to analyze credit balances and billing and revenue adjustments, compile financial and operational reports and develop performance metrics. Responsibilities

As the Credit Balance Financial Analyst, you will...

  • Coordinates with all levels of management to gather, analyze and summarize key Revenue Cycle Management metrics<./li>
  • Analyze monthly, quarterly and annual results for Executive and Field Management.
  • Prepare studies, reports, analyses and recommendations on Billing and Accounts Receivable with an emphasis on aged credit balances.
  • Analyze Revenue Cycle Management Billing and Accounts Receivable systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with major or emphasis in finance, accounting, economics or a related field required; MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs, including advanced Excel and Access functionality
  • Working knowledge of CPR+, data mining and/or SQL a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly link financial results to operational activities
  • Experience working with revenue and Accounts Receivable
  • Eagerness to learn, take value adding initiatives and build relationships with the operations team
  • Ability to communicate and present complex issues in a clear and impactful manner to all levels of management
