Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Finance team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Sales Operations Manager will report to the Senior FP&A Manager and work in our Centennial, CO headquarters.


Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.


As a core member of the Finance team, you will be expected to works with Amerita Leadership and various department leaders to support all sales functions, revenue and gross profit forecasting and management of will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression discussions.



As the Sales Operations Manager, you will...

  • Be responsible for 12-month rolling sales forecast, updated monthly, and assist with the sales budgeting and five-year forecast process.
  • Manage the development and administration of and administer the Account Executives' commission plan.
  • Create and sustain current sales-related KPIs and work with business leaders to create new metrics that promote revenue growth.
  • Provide financial analysis on profitability of potential sales ventures.
  • Support Manager of Financial Planning in any ad hoc or special projects not listed above.



  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to write and modify SQL queries
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator ADM-201 is preferred
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with management and staff at all levels
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently and communicate effectively to include both verbal and written communication
  • Must possess strong analytical skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties as well as time management skills to manage concurrent projects with overlapping deadlines
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a go-getter attitude
