Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Finance team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Sales Operations Analyst will report to the Sales Operations Manager and work in our Centennial, CO office.


Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.

As the Sales Operations Analyst, you will...

  • Serve as the Technical Administrator of the Salesforce environment, customizing and implementing fields, workflows, triggers, page layouts, process flows, approval processes, dashboards and reports in
  • Provide day-to-day troubleshooting and support for our rapidly growing pool of end users.
  • Develop procedures to increase operational efficiency and data quality for Sales and Operations.
  • Create training materials and train users on system utilization and best practices.
  • Aid in the administration of Amerita’s compensation plans and Sales Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFs).
  • Drive user adoption across the organization and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement enhancements and roll out new features.
  • Maintain and improve current database integration process.


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
  • Ability to write and modify basic SQL queries is a plus.
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
  • Must be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, who is able to work independently.
  • Must also possess strong analytical skills, the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and time management skills to manage concurrent projects with overlapping deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with a go-getter attitude.
  • Experience in a progressive, technically-geared work environment preferred.
