Overview

Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Inside Sales Representative will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work in our Centennial, CO office.

 

Amerita is an entrepreneurial-founded company and a wholly owned subsidiary of PharMerica. The home infusion market is positioned for rapid growth driven by the aging population, increase in chronic diseases, robust pipeline of infusible drugs coming to market, and an industry shift from hospital delivery settings to lower-cost, high-quality alternative providers such as Amerita.

 

As a core member of the Sales team, you will be expected to process pre-approved leads for the Sales team by contacting, tracking and validating the leads. We will help you achieve your goals through continuous professional development and regular career progression discussions.

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will...

  • Use approved lead lists to contact healthcare businesses, primarily physician offices and hospital executives, in order to solicit interest in Amerita services.
  • Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, in order to generate interest in a product or service. This includes describing products, services and prices and answering initial questions from customers.
  • Obtain additional customer information such as name, address, e-mail address and title, to qualify decision makers and advance leads to the Sales team.
  • Send pre-approved materials to qualified prospects and advance inquiries generated from communication with the Sales team.
  • Record names, addresses and reactions of prospects in Salesforce and assign qualified leads to appropriate Sales team members.
  • Suggest adjustments to sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Answer correspondence from potential customers who have been solicited through lead generation tactics.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of inside sales experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
  • Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred
